Had the sides and back tinted a year ago and did the windshield today. Great quality! No bubbling over time and makes a HUGE difference in comfort, especially when stuck in traffic in the summer months. I also like that I can worry less about UV radiation, being really fair skinned. Called many places asking for quotes and Tint World was the most competitive and were able to squeeze me in on a Friday morning last minute. They did an excellent job on my Model 3. Kudos to the whole team there and especially to Jimmy and Oscar. Professional from the very beginning and walked me through my options in full detail!
Unfortunately they no longer honor their word about free removal if you had your tint done by them, which was why I chose them in the first place. They quoted me the same price of what I paid for to have it on.... Disappointing....
*Just keep reading* Picked my brand new Model 3 and initially had an appointment already scheduled for the weekend but I got impatient and called to see if they had any availability the day of. Jay was so kind to squeeze me in. Dropped off my vehicle and when I say the entire staff is friendly, I really mean the ENTIRE staff. I get the call for pick-up and I was cutting it close to closing time but they were nice enough to stay open until I got there (showed up about 5 min after they already closed). I get into my car and I saw what I thought was a really bad crease on my front windshield. I said to myself, okay no big deal, I’ll just come back tomorrow to get that fixed since they’re already closed. When I got home and looked at the “crease” from the outside, it was actually a crack coming from the driver’s side corner going diagonally up towards the center of the front windshield. Of course, like any other customer, I thought a mishap had occurred and they just never said anything. Next day rolls around, I call right when they opened addressing the situation. The long haired gentlemen (sorry, I forgot your name!) actually invited me into the store and watch the camera footage from the moment my car entered the shop, until it was driven out. I saw absolutely NOTHING that showed such mishap that could cause a crack. The owner, Jay, then shows up and of course with his expertise, believes that the crack was actually a manufacturing defect caused during installation. It just so happened after driving and the tinting, it just decided to expand. Jay offered to accompany myself to the Tesla Service Center where we spoke to a glass technician and agreed that it was indeed a manufacturing defect and Tesla was able to replace my front windshield on the spot. Jay, along with his Tint World crew, literally went above and beyond for me and I’m am extremely grateful for you guys. To everyone still reading, I seriously can’t name a place that’d match this customer service. Thank you to Jay and your crew! I will ABSOLUTELY be coming back for business again!

I stumbled across Tint World today and was very happy that I decided to give them a try. I was across the street at another tinting place and was not liking the vibes over there however Tint World gave a complete opposite experience.
