I had my Tesla Cyberbeast Cybertruck completely wrapped in red chrome. Then completely wrapped in clear PPF to protect the chrome. This was a very expensive project for two complete wraps. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, because a reputable company will always correct any problems that you have with your project. Not only will they not corrected the problems, they will not return my calls. So I went to see the Manager and told him that no one returned my calls. He said that was unacceptable and that he would call me back by the end of the day, which he never did. When the manager looked at the serious problems with my wrap, he asked me “what did I want them to do”, instead of saying, that is not acceptable from our shop. I want the owner Graham Rahaul to take a look at it and explain to me why his people allowed this type of work to leave their shop. This is a show truck with custom Forgiato wheels, that is not “show ready” because of the very unprofessional wrap. I just want a professional wrap. I could’ve done a better job myself in my garage and saved thousands of dollars.
Very disappointed with this business. Took my new vehicle to get the front 3 windows tinted. After waiting for 3 hours I finally asked one of the sales reps what the estimated remaining wait time was. He said "we are bringing it around". I waited for anther 45 minutes and checked back in with the rep. He stated they were "having problems with the windshield" and allegedly not getting their "piece to fit right", so the windshield was not completed after a 3 hour wait. Both the driver and passenger side windows received their tint but the driver side window showed a mis alignment after I opened my window 5 days later. I returned to have the windshield done and the driver side window fixed not imagining that the same issue would occur. After 3.5 hours I asked for a status update on my vehicle at which point the sales rep stated that they were "having issues installing the window tint on the Audi windshields.." So again the windshield was not done BUT when the tech handed off my vehicle he stated "the last car I was working on gave me a lot of issues so I didn't get to your car.."
The driver side tint has visible bubbling at the base of the window so the initial issue was made worse and the company has their employees lie to customers about what is and is not done on their vehicles. Please take your vehicle someplace else and avoid this circus!

I have used these guys multiple times now, and would not take my cars anywhere else. They installed XPEL protection film on the entire front, fenders, hood, mirrors, roof, and rockers- applied Ceramic Pro coating on my paint and wheels- and tinted my windows using Prime window film. They also did a complete chrome delete, and custom tinted out the front grill badge. All processes turned out flawlessly. They've window tinted multiple cars of mine with high quality ceramic tint. Recently had my C8 clear wrapped and wheels/calipers ceramic coated to cut down on cleanup of the notorious z51 brake dust. Had to remove and install a new hood decal once the film was done. They do excellent work, treat you professionally, communicate well. Edit: after having my car tinted and leaving the review above, I noticed one window that had some pretty deep gouging, likely from something getting under the squeegee the tinter was using. There were also 2 other windows where debris had gotten under the tint around the edges of the windows. I was able to schedule a follow-up appointment so they could assess my concerns. During their assessment, I was told the debris under the tint was “inevitable”. They did end up replacing the window with the gouging, however, this window now also has trapped debris under the tint.

I just changed this review. I took my Corvette in to have the Xpel on the front bumper and hood redone. Each had small marks from stones.
When I got the car back with the new Expel applied, the marks were still visible.
I have two problems with this: 1. The Expel wasn't strong enough and the paint was damaged.
2. They just put new Expel over the damaged paint without letting me know the paint was chipped. I would have had it fixed.
Instead of it actually being repaired, I just went from a stone mark to a smaller stone mark. Notice the stone mark in the center of the bumper cover next to the hood.
When I got the car back with the new Expel applied, the marks were still visible.

USE WITH CAUTION. They have a pretty solid reputation, but if they make a mistake or damage your vehicle, good luck getting them to own up to it.
My wife and I needed some window tint work done on both of our vehicles to complete the tint transition from the back to the front. Overall, they did a great job with the tinting, but things quickly went south the moment I drove off their lot when picking up my vehicle.
As soon as I started up my vehicle (22' Ford Expedition) and drove away about 5 or 6 different errors/warnings started rapidly displaying on my dash. Additionally, my audio system was not working. I made it a few blocks and pulled over to turn off my vehicle and try and start it back up to see if it was just a computer error. That didn't fix it, so I headed home and decided to inquire with Rahal in the morning. Initially, I was skeptical that this was related to the window tint install because, how could applying tint to my windows mess up my vehicles computer/electrical system? So, I went ahead and made an appointment with Ford to take a look at it early the next week.
Isaiah in their front office was initially very accommodating and asked if I could bring the vehicle back in for them to take a look at things first hand. It was when I returned that Isaiah explained that, although it's very rare, sometimes when applying windshield tint the water solution they use to apply the tint can leak into the dash and damage the vehicle's electronics. He assured me that they'd take a look at it, see if they can fix it, and ultimately they'd make things right one way or another- you can probably see where I'm going with this...
I exchanged communication with Isaiah a few times that day and ultimately when I picked it up that evening, Isaiah stated that he did a little research and found on some message boards that it could have triggered a fuse to blow. I mentioned to Isaiah that I already had an appointment with the Ford dealership the next morning and for one final time he assured me they'd "take care of it and make things right".
The next morning the dealership got back with me and explained that they found that the audio control panel within the dash short circuited due to water damage and that it needed replaced- a $1200 repair estimate. I immediately forwarded the quote to Isaiah and received nothing but radio silence back from Rahal when emailing & calling to follow up for about a week.
Ultimately, I had to call from my office line for somebody at Rahal to answer the phone. A man by the name of John, who claimed to be the operations manager, answered the phone. As soon as I explained who was calling, I could immediately tell he was caught off guard and quickly became defensive.
John stated that this was a publicly acknowledged issue from Ford and he couldn't understand why they didn't issue a recall for the issue. Really, John? Would a company release a recall for instances when you spill a large amount of water on the dash and it short circuits the electronics once it leaks through? Come on, that's a given with ANY electronic. John refused to acknowledge (unlike previously with Isaiah) that it was their fault that water got into the dash and that they do an adequate job putting mats down on the dash to prevent this- obviously that was not the case with my vehicle.
I immediately asked John to send me photocopies of the liability & acknowledgement forms I signed and initialed upon bringing my vehicles in for the service and John's response was "Um, I think we shredded them". Ultimately, John refused to acknowledge any short coming on Rahal's behalf and offered to refund me the portion of my payment pertaining to the window tinting of that vehicle, but that amount doesn't even come close to the $1,200 repair bill I will have to pay out of pocket. I just want my vehicle in the working order it was in when I brought it into their shop.
I have our phone conversation recorded and will be taking the issue to small claims court to hold Rahal accountable for their missteps during the install.

They were excellent in terms of getting me, walking me through the shop before I committed to any work, and taking their time to show me the finished product. The car looks like the first day I took deliver of it. I can’t believe how clean they got it. The PPF itself is so well done. It’s hard to tell where the edges are.
