Stephan and his brother Danek are fantastic! I needed a winter tire & wheel package for my 2024 Mercedes CLE 53 AMG. It’s a new model with a staggered wheel setup and no one had a solution for correct fitment. Stephan researched it by speaking to the Vossen company and came up with a guaranteed fitment. He paired the Vredestein Wintrac Pro tires, non-run flat, for a smoother ride. I really can't complain. Brought my C300 Mercedes here. I was originally going to take it to the Benz dealership, but they wanted $850 just to do an oil change and brake fluid flush.

I brought it here and they ended up doing an oil change, fixing my AC (which needed part replacement and to be recharged with frion), brake fluid flush, and fixed the bearing on my rear wheel. Total cost was mid two thousand, while the cost at Mercedes was going to be twice to three times that.

I also read the mechanic notes afterward on the receipt. The mechanic left extremely detailed notes about the car with legitimate suggestions on additional things to look out for and preventative measures for future maintenance specific to my exact car. It wasn't just the generic copy and paste.

I will be bringing my car back here again for any future maintenance until they give me a reason not to. Pleased with the start to finish.

*Side note they washed my car before returning it, which I thought was also a nice touch

Bringing my cars for years to do basic oil changes at Eurotech. They are reliable and quick compared to service at dealerships. I was just there for an oil change recently and was a bit disappointed that they now charge a 4% surcharge if you use a credit card. They don't tell you this when you set up an appointment - cause how are you going to bring cash or a check if they don't tell you they want to charge you 4% on a credit card use?

Also they put the 4% on the gross and then tax it which is not correct. If you going to add a surcharge (via the business) it should be the gross and tax first, then add your 4% surcharge for credit card use afterwards. It's a few dollars difference depending on the final bill, but it adds up.

Please tell customers upfront about your credit surcharge so they can bring a check.
