Kai got back with me quickly, got an estimate ready for me to approve that day, and was here to install my residential tint all within the same week. From the first phone call to Kai completing the job, everyone was courteous and professional. They answered questions and gave explanations that were easy to understand. I am very pleased I decided to give Cookeville window tint my business. I am also very glad I went with ceramic tint. I had a very close relationship with my tinter down in FL who did 6 of my vehicles. It’s hard to find honest skilled people you can trust. The owners have decades of tinting experience, competition medals and awards for their skills. Suzie, the wife is so nice and pleasant to deal with. The difference in heat blocking versus regular tint is amazing. Our car is so much cooler during the summer. There is one area behind my rear view mirror I am keeping an eye on, but it’s due to the little black dots on the glass which can be hard to adhere to. I know if anything needs to be fixed they will handle it though.

After investing in many window tinting places within 25 miles of Cookeville, as well as the quality of work done and reading all the reviews, I decided to take my Mercedes Benz to them for side windows and windshield tinting. I am delighted with the results, so I took my Honda in for the same tinting. The staff is amicable and helpful. It is easy to get an appointment and get texts and emails reminding you of your appointment, as well as texts when the vehicle is completed. One of the owners has always been there when I was there. Has a nice waiting room with snacks and drinks. The places are clean and well-kept. I wish more businesses were as helpful and organized in the area as Cookeville Window Tint.

Phenomenal and professional experience! I have a ton of Westward facing windows that soak up the afternoon sun and heat up considerably. Suzy came out to my home to provide a personalized consultation on how to solve my problem, while maintaining as much of a clear view as possible. They were able to schedule an installation rather quickly and the installer was very friendly and super meticulous. The end result was great! It's drastically reduced the heat in my great room and I know the tint will help keep harmful sun rays from damaging my antique furniture and wood floors. Finally a company who treats the customer right from start to finish. After I explained to Jason what I wanted he informed me about the products and services they offer. He walked out Tommy vehicle with me and looked what I had and which products would work best for me. Setting up the appointment was easy, and because of a mistake I made, I had to reschedule. Suzy was extremely friendly and got me a new appointment set up. On the day of the appointment she texted me and confirmed one more time what I had ordered. They did a fantastic job. My windows look great. I really appreciate the stickers that were put over my window-control so I wouldn’t role the window down for a few days. There is no telling how many times that sticker prevented me from automatically rolling it down.

I recently had my 8th vehicle tinted by Jason at Cookeville Window Tint Co. He’s always done amazing work and each vehicle looks amazing. My sons car was tinted in 2017 and the tint still looks as good as the first day. Jason and Suzy go above and beyond for their customers. This company was very professional from the on-site quote to the actual installation of the window tint on our home’s 9 windows. Their installation guy was thorough and took his time to ensure our satisfaction. My wife noticed a very small flaw in a corner of a window and he immediately removed the installed tint to determine the cause. We found out my window’s inner seal had seeped out so he trimmed it and reinstalled a new piece of tint which shows their commitment to customer satisfaction. I would hire these folks for any future window tinting for either my home or cars.

I went to Cookeville Window Tint to get my Class A RV windows tinted. I was completely lost trying to figure out what I really wanted for my vehicle. That was no problem for Jason and Suzy who spent a large amount of time educating me and it still took a good while for me to make a decision. But that did not hinder them in standing by and assisting me. I really, really appreciate all their help and support. Now, I see why they have nothing but five stars in their ratings! When you’re good, you’re good! I am so pleased with the tint job that Jason did and now, my grandson is talking about getting his windows tinted. I told him to “go and see Suzy at Cookeville Window Tint, she will take care of you”. For me, this was a job well done!

I didn’t feel like crossville had any places good enough (my preference) so I found this place, immediate amazing customer service when I called, everyone was so amazing and nice and even with a small scheduling mess up, the minor issue was resolved in a split second and they did amazing. I took my black jeep wrangler and I literally love how it turned out and I still look at how great it looks everytime I look at my jeep.

Jason was patient, answered all of my questions as we talked through the tinting options and I had a LOT of questions. It was very obvious this was not just another "sale". He actually cares! I purchased a gift certificate for my wife for Christmas as a gift. They were wonderful to help me with that. We just had the windows done today and they look amazing. We chose the tint that resembles the factory tint. We have a Honda Passport and it we had the front windows and also a strip on the windshield.
