Called on a last minute decision in the morning at 09:00 to see if they had any openings that day to get my daughter’s vehicle detailed. They had an opening at 13:00 and got my daughter’s car all detailed inside and out and waxed.
They did an excellent job and I was thoroughly pleased. Very nice, courteous and professional to talk with as well. I will definitely be calling them next time I’m in town!

I had an amazing experience at Pro Wash Auto Spa! I came in for an express detail but accidentally mixed up my appointment time and arrived nearly 30 minutes late (I never take traffic into account 😅). They still kindly fit me in without hesitation. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The main lobby smells amazing and has such a calming, relaxing vibe that It made the wait very enjoyable. I came in because six different people recommended this place, and now I know exactly why. They did not disappoint! If it weren’t for the fact that I’m moving abroad, I’d definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. From the comfortable lobby/waiting area to the kindness of all staff, this place is great. I got my 21’ Explorer done today and everything looks fantastic. They use high quality tint that doesn’t ruin your visibility from the inside of the vehicle. Barry’s installation was fantastic, and the walk around and care instructions were thorough. Tay at the desk was wonderful, from helping with pricing and decision at the start to taking care of payment at the end. This is a highly professional, extremely well-priced, easily accessible shop with people who take pride in their work. I seriously wouldn’t recommend anywhere else.

This morning, Rodney, the owner of this small business decided to end the 8+ year relationship I've had with them, and it's important that existing and future customers understand what happened.
Since 2016 I have taken my car to Pro Wash once a year to get it professionally detailed, until 2023. I have ONLY taken it to Pro Wash, because they are the people I trusted.
During my 2023 detailing, a piece of metal foil trim on an interior toggle was ripped. I always do a thorough walk through of my vehicle when the detailing is done, because I'm particular (can't imagine anyone spending the kind of $ it costs for professional detailing to not be particular), and if anything happens I want to make sure there is no disputing it or delay in reporting. This is the ONLY damage that I have noticed or has happened to my car at Pro Wash. The detailer acknowledged the problem, took pictures, and said he would notify the owner. Shortly thereafter, I got a text message asking me for a VIN # so they could evaluate how much the part would cost to replace. I sent them my VIN # in January of 2024 and never heard back.
I wasn't worried, because I had no reason believe they wouldn't make things right. I trusted them, and figured I would address it with them when I went to schedule my next detailing appointment. Also, it was not a functional issue with the vehicle, it was just a button and the trim on it… In the grand scheme of things, not anywhere near my top priority to deal with.
Life got immensely busy for me for in 2024, and I finally got around to wanting my detailing a week or so ago. I reached out, reminded them of this issue, and asked that we make a plan to resolve this before or with my detailing appointment. I told them I had an estimate from my dealer on fixing it. I sent the estimate over, and had a voicemail from the owner to call him when I had a chance.
I called the owner this morning, he asked me what was going on, and when I began to tell him, he interrupted me and told me it's been 2 years, why am I now bringing this to him? He also "wasn't buying" that I was too busy for a whole year to address this, saying that he manages 10 properties and this business, so why couldn't I find time for this. He said "anything could have happened in 2 years", which is true, but the only option to fix what happened was to replace the button. The foil trim peeling could have gotten worse over the last (actually 16) months, but the remedy would still be the same to fix it as it was in 2023, and adds no cost to it. He also attacked me for being difficult and accusing them of scraping the bottom of the front of my car. He said "this should have ended a long time ago", while nobody there has ever been anything but pleasant and happy to see me when I'm there. I never accuse them of scraping it, I always ask them to be careful, because the ramp into their detailing bay is very steep and my car is very low. I always check to make sure nothing happened when I get the car back. Never have they scraped it; either because they're careful on their own or because I mention it, but I don't see harm in mentioning it.
I have recommended Pro Wash to more people than I can count, for their attention to detail and their customer service. Got my 2025 model Y tinted today under the recommendation of a friend, and I'm glad i did! The front desk was helpful in me editing my order, and getting me an early morning appointment to accommodate my schedule. I got the XR+ ceramic, and it turned out great! It is still has a few days of curing to do, so i'll update the review once it has settled. I forgot to catch the name of the man who actually did the work, but he was a pleasure to interact with and his work looks very professional. I'll be taking all my vehicles here from now on!

I just my car detailed, they did a great job. But when they called for me to pay, the charged me a different fee and didn't even tell me. I had to call back and they said they made a mistake. The first initial charge was $425.00 with a deposit of $65.00 due to it being a mobile detailing. Which I would have to pay the remainder. But after the service was complete they charged me the total $425.00 and said they made a mistake. Well they just loss further business from me and I will not refer them to anyone I know.

The woman that booked my initial appointment and then rebooked me attitude was so horrible ( in person and over the phone) that I cancelled my appointment and went to grease police. I was willing to pay more at another place because the customer service was so bad. Her attitude sucked. It's unfortunate to lose business over employees but unfortunately that is reality. I'm sure they're good at detailing but I will never know.

Amazing work their tint work is top tier, along with a super helpful, informative staff. I came in today for window tinting service, I asked many questions about the detailing services offered and everyone was patient and thorough with their answers. I appreciate those quality’s the most, one tech even told me that another tech was most experienced and could answer me in greater detail he brought that tech over and listened as the tech explained the paint protection service offered here, so that he could be more informed. That’s rare now days in the service industry! Pro Wash Auto Spa did it right! Asked to install ceramic tint on the front windows to match the factory tint in the back and it was done an less than an hour with an appointment. Also, one of the cheapest in the area. They even put stickers on the window buttons for those who forget to tell your spouses not to open the windows for a few days! Note factory tint does not block out UV or heat so I'm considering them to do a clear ceramic tint for these hotter summers.
