I called in the afternoon and he told me to come in since he had availability to work on my car. Came in, he was very patient with me and went over everything before I paid and made sure to ask if I had any questions. Hospitality was on point! This made me stay later than I wanted to and later than Javier wanted to keep me, but I was not mad cause I understood he had to handle an issue that came up. I originally got my windows tinted on my Santa fe by the dealership. After a few months, the tint had distorted on both windows causing visibility issues. Melody and her team explained the importance of using a quality film in which they provided a lifetime warranty.
