Tier 1 Autohaus is the best. The sales manager “V” has unparalleled focus on customer service, something rare today. We did a total PPF wrap, Ceramic Coat, Ceramic Window Tint all around (including windshield and panoramic roof), and Window Protection Film. We encouraged them to take their time, but they still managed to get it done in 4 days. After curing, they will inspect the job to make sure there are no imperfections. I look forward to the same on my 2025 GX550 arriving in May!

I needed to have my windows tinted and a buddy recommended Tier 1 Autohaus. I checked out their site and instagram and was in awe of the kinds of cars and projects they do. I thought my small tint job wouldn’t be a big deal but they were so great to work with. Austin, Vaite and the rest of the team were awesome. I loved chatting cars with them. They were very thorough about explaining the different options and the process. They even let me hang out in the lobby as I didn’t have a ride at the time. They do amazing work and I’m extremely happy with how the tint turned out. I can’t recommend them enough. They are on another level compared to other shops around the valley. I will definitely be back for some other things in the future!

They're okay, I guess. I don't know what kind of warranty they have where you have to pay for them to check if the water isn't beading in some areas. I would have to pay 80 dollars for them to do a maintenance wash, and then they'll apply the areas that aren't beading. If I knew this, I would have just gone to another shop to have them apply ceramic coating. Because this isn't acceptable. It's like when you buy a new car and they say you would have to pay for labor and the warranty only covers parts. Yeah, I wouldn't recommend these guys for ceramic coating with their 4 year warranty go to another shop to that has a better warranty where you wouldn't have to pay for something that you've notice about their workmanship or application to the car. I mean you paid a lot of money for this so just go have another shop to apply the coating and have a better warranty.
Excellent results and quick turnaround time. Paint corrections are very time consuming and high attention to detail and the vehicle looks amazing. I was contacted for pickup before I had to even think about asking for an update, as well as being greeted as soon as I walked in. Very clean/modern facility which also gives you peace of mind. Highly recommended, Tony and Austin are very easy to work with.
Needed newer tint for my Corolla. Set up an appointment for the next day. Removed the old tint and replaced it with new tint. Very good job. Very friendly and professional over the phone as well as in person.

Tier 1 did an amazing job ceramic coating my Raptor. They are easy to do business with - quick turn-around, professional, quality work. Also, V was great to work with.
I had Tier 1 Autohaus do a front PPF on my 24 Colorado just under a year ago. I’m glad I did, has it has saved me a small fortune in constant touch up’s (I’m totally OCD:). As such, l decided to go with them for my 2025 GT line Kia 4. I basically got the same package l have on my truck. I’ll show you the pictures of the car, but you’re not going to really be able to see anything because they do such a good job! You absolutely can’t tell there’s a clear PPF protection on there! But, l can tell you this, their PPF is extremely high-quality and self healing. It really does help protect your vehicle from those annoying scratches, dings and pebbles that hit up on the front end of the hood and front end bumper areas. I’m not going to say their prices are cheap, because they’re not cheap as they’re very professional and the PPF is top quality. I will say the pricing is reasonable compared to other companies that I’ve compared them to. Their contact person “V“ is extremely knowledgeable! The pro installers are top of the line, and it shows in the finished product! I can’t recommend Tier 1 highly enough!
I found out about Tier1 Autohaus through my friend V, who works there. I brought in my brand-new Hummer EV after noticing significant factory paint damage, and V was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the entire process. From start to finish, the team at Tier1 was professional and meticulous.The paint on my Hummer now looks like a mirror. It’s absolutely stunning. V kept me updated while the car was in the shop, and though they asked to keep the car a little longer than estimated to allow the ceramic coat to settle properly, I didn’t mind in the end because the results speak for themselves.I couldn’t be happier with the work they did. Highly recommend.
Dropped off a brand new car and two weeks later got it back with missing parts, mangled trim that needed to be replaced, misaligned headlights, sections that needed to be completely redone, areas they said they “did their best” and I have to live with it, multiple trips back to pick up missing parts, redo, etc. Maybe they can tint windows but I would not recommend PPF or any wrap from these people.

First place I took my new Tesla Model S Plaid. Tinted and ceramic coated, and looks great! V explained the different options and took great care of me.
This might be the best tint shop I’ve ever been to. After recently moving to Vegas, I needed a new tint shop to tint my 2024 Model X. The first shop I took it to couldn’t get it right. The seals in the car are beyond tight, and require someone that knows what they’re doing in order for the tint to actually adhere. After calling Tier1 and talking to V (who provided one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had) the shop got me in next day to remove the poorly installed tint and reapply new Xpel tint. The crushed it. Everything came out amazing, and they left the car cleaner than when I dropped it off. These guys know what they’re doing, and their services are worth every penny. Whether you need a wrap or tint, Tier1 is the absolute best in the valley.

Hard to find really good customer service combined with really good products these days. I’m so incredibly pleased with the tint they did on my Tesla model 3. Other places wanted to charge upwards of $1,600. These guys were less than half of that. The communication was phenomenal, and the explanation of after care and other products was helpful as well. Solely based on their quality of work and fair pricing, I’m headed back to get the ceramic coating done later this month.
